Zone Fare Information

Routes 1,14, 20, 50, 127, and 130 customers may need to pay one or more Zone Fare charges beyond the base fare, depending upon the distance they travel.

The first zone is covered when the base fare (cash, token, or passes) is paid. Transpass users must pay a $0.50 zone charge for each additional zone traveled after the first zone; TrailPass customers can travel through the same number of fare zones as the number indicated on the TrailPass without paying ant additional zone fares. Customers are advised to check the individual route schedules to determine the number of zone fares that apply to their trip.
SEPTA will enhance Routes 1, 14, 20, 127, and 130, and introduce new Route 50 to provide service to Philadelphia Park Casino.

Then, on February 12, SEPTA introduces experimental Route 150, offering limited service on Weekdays and Saturdays from Plymouth Meeting Mall to the casino.

Route 50
Route 50 operates Limited Stop Express service between the Frankford Transportation Center (FTC) and Pennypack Circle, stopping only at Cottman Avenue, Rhawn Street, and Holme Avenue, and then Local service to all stops between Nazareth Hospital and Philadelphia Park Casino.

Route 50 will also provide all-day service to Cardinal Health, at Red Lion and Decatur Roads, replacing special Route 20 trips.

Route 150
Beginning February 12, 2007
This is a new experimental route between Plymouth Meeting Mall and Philadelphia Park Casino, offering limited weekday and Saturday service with a one-way fare of $3.00.
