Bus Route 27 travels from Plymouth Meeting Mall to Center City, stopping in Roxborough and Manayunk before taking the Schuylkill Expressway to Center City. Buses also stops at the Metroplex and Wissahickon Transportation Center.

Bus Route 90 operates between Norristown and Plymouth Meeting Mall, with stops at Logan Square, East Norriton Crossing, Northtowne Plaza and Metroplex Shopping Centers.

Bus Route 98 operates between Norristown Transportation Center and Willow Grove Park Mall, making stops throughout Blue Bell, Ambler and Fort Washington, including in Plymouth Meeting Mall and R5 stations Ambler, Fort Washington and North Hills.

Bus Route L operates between Plymouth Meeting Mall and Olney Transportation Center through Barren Hill, Chestnut Hill, Erdenheim and Mt. Airy, making stops at Chestnut Hill College and Hospital and Chestnut Hill West (R8), Gravers and Chestnut Hill East (R7) Stations.
