Route 100 Norristown High Speed Line runs service from 69th Street Terminal to Norristown and makes many stops along the Main Line including Ardmore Junction, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Gulph Mills, and the Norristown Transportation Center.

R5 Paoli/Thorndale  runs service from Center City to Paoli, Thorndale, and Doylestown stopping at all three Center City Stations; Market East, Suburban and 30th Street Station. Other stops include Overbrook, Narberth, Wynnewood, Ardmore, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, Villanova, Radnor, St. Davids, Wayne, Strafford, Devon, Berwyn, Daylesford, Paoli, Malvern, Exton, Whitford, Downingtown, and Thorndale.
