CUSTOMER SURVEY

SEPTA/CCT is excited about the improvements the new technology will provide. What are your thoughts? Will you take advantage of the opportunity to check on, or cancel rides any time of the day/night? If so, will you use your telephone or computer? Or do you prefer speaking to an operator?  Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below and send it back to us.
