Alternate Accessibility Options

JUNIPER STATION

The street level elevator provides access for westbound travel. If this elevator is out of service, you CANNOT enter or exit the station.

To Enter the System:

For westbound access if the street level elevator is out of service:
Enter 13th Street from the eastbound (towards Frankford) platform street entrance.
El eastbound towards Frankford to Spring Garden.
Cross to the westbound platform side for westbound El service towards 69th Street to 13th Street.
Use the westbound El platform elevator for access to Subway-Surface trolleys.

For travel if the westbound El platform elevator is out of service:
El westbound towards 69th Street to 30th Street
Use the El platform elevator to access the 30th Street mezzanine
Use the westbound Subway-Surface elevator for trolleys to South and Southwest Philadelphia
- or -
Use the eastbound Subway-Surface elevator for trolleys to 19th Street and 22nd Street

To Exit the System:

Exit the Subway-Surface trolley at 30th Street.
Use the Subway-Surface elevator to access the 30th Street mezzanine.
Use the El platform elevator and take an El train eastbound towards Frankford to 13th Street.

30TH STREET STATION

The street level elevator provides access for east and westbound travel.
If this elevator is out of service, you CANNOT enter or exit the station.

To Enter the System:

For eastbound travel:
Take the Route 31, 44, 124 or 125 bus to the
22nd & Market, 19th & Market, 15th & Market or 13th & Market car stops.
Elevator access to the Market-Frankford Line is available at 13th & Market Street

For westbound travel if the street level elevator is out of service:
For Trolley Route 10: Route 31 bus towards 76th & City Ave to 42nd & Lancaster
- or -
For Trolley Route 11 and 36: Route 30 bus towards 69th Street Terminal to 42nd & Woodland
- or -
For Trolley Route 13: Route 30 bus towards 69th Street Terminal to 42nd & Chester
- or -
For Trolley Route 34: Route 30 bus towards 69th Street Terminal to 42nd & Baltimore

For westbound travel if the westbound platform elevator is out of service:
Take the Subway-Surface trolley you wish to travel eastbound to Juniper Street.
Stay on the trolley car thru Juniper Street and ride westbound towards your desired stop.

To Exit the System:

If the street level elevator is out of service:
From Trolley Route 10: At 41st Street, Route 31 bus towards City Hall to 30th Street
- or -
From Trolley Route 11, 13, 34 or 36: At 42nd Street, Route 30 bus to 30th Street

Route 30 text schedules: Weekday | Saturday | Sunday
Route 31 text schedules: Weekday | Saturday | Sunday

If the eastbound elevator is out of service:
Continue on the Subway-Surface trolley eastbound to Juniper Street.
Stay on the trolley car thru Juniper Street and ride westbound to 30th Street.

If the westbound elevator is out of service:
Continue on the Subway-Surface trolley 36th Street (Route 10) or 40th Street Portal.
Travel eastbound back 30th Street.
