100 Years at 69th Street Terminal

This Saturday, 69th Street Terminal and the Route 100 Norristown High Speed Line will be celebrating 100 continuous years of service to the communities of Delaware and Montgomery County.  SEPTA invites all of its customers to join in the celebration on May 10, 2008 by riding the Norristown High Speed Line free between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 

The celebration at 69th Street Terminal will kick off at 11:30 a.m. with a ceremony from SEPTA and local elected officials.  Live musical entertainment and free refreshments will be served between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.  A historical perspective of the Terminal will be portrayed in pictures around Main Hall for all to read.

Customer Service will also be available Saturday to assist customers with travel information between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Come join SEPTA as we thank our customers and neighbors for 100 great years of service to the prospering communities we serve.
