16 SEPTA Bus Routes Detoured in Center City on Sunday Due to the Philadelphia Distance Run

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- SEPTA bus Routes 2, 9, 17, 21, 23, 27, 31, 32, 33, 38, 42, 43, 44, 48 and 124/125 will be operated on local detours in Center City Philadelphia on Sunday, September 17, from 7:30 a.m. to about 10:30 a.m. due to the 29th Annual Philadelphia Distance Run.

The race begins on Market Street near 10th, winds along Walnut and Chestnut Streets in Center City, and continues on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.The participants will then run along Martin Luther King and Kelly Drives before returning to the finish line at 17th Street & the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
