PHILADELPHIA, PA — SEPTA will offer every competitor participating in the 28th Annual Blue Cross Broad Street 10-Mile Run on Sunday, May 6, a free ride on the Broad Street Line.

The race is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. and all participants are invited to ride the subway from Pattison Station to the Olney Transportation Center which is a short walk from the races starting line at Broad Street & Somerville Avenue. Special Broad Street Line “Limited Express” trains will leave Pattison Station about every ten minutes from 5:35 a.m. until 8:24 a.m. The Limited Express trains will make station stops en route only at Walnut-Locust and City Hall Stations before arriving at the Olney Transportation Center. Regular local train service will also operate about every 15 minutes throughout the morning.
