SEPTA To Offer Paratransit Mini-Vans For Auction

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- SEPTA will offer more than 40 recently retired mini-vans for sale at auction at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 6 at Capital Auto Auction, 5135 Bleigh Avenue, in Northeast Philadelphia.

The nearly 10 year-old vehicles were used in SEPTA’s paratransit service. They are designed to accommodate both ambulatory and wheelchair passengers and can seat up to 12 riders. SEPTA periodically conducts auctions of its retired vehicles.

Prior to the sale, interested parties may inspect the mini-vans at Capital Auto Auction on Saturday, May 6 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
