SEPTA To Alter Weekend Broad Street Line Service Due To Construction Project

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Southbound SEPTA Broad Street Line trains will not stop at the Fairmount Station (Broad Street & Fairmount Avenue) from 6 a.m. on Saturday, March 25 through 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 26 due to a station maintenance project.

Broad Street Line riders traveling southbound to Center City can exit at the Girard Station (Broad Street and Girard Avenue) and transfer to a southbound Route C bus to travel to Broad Street & Fairmount Avenue.The transfer between the subway and the Route C bus is free.

Northbound service will not be affected by the construction.
