Letters from Riders

Brian Murphy |
Dear SEPTA,
I am a daily rider on the Route J Bus #2559. I
board at Broad and Lindley at 2:24 pm every day, and I want to
complement Driver Brian. He is very patient with the many seniors
and children on his bus. He is very polite and respectful to us
all. I consider Brian to be the best driver when it comes to
Customer Service. I realize what it takes to run a transportation
company but Brian gives us what SEPTA promises. He is certainly a
fine example of an employee worth the money. Brian is a pleasure
to travel with.
Thank you,
Ms. Geri Edens

Dear SEPTA,
First of all I would like to THANK the SEPTA driver (older gentlemen
8:00am bus on 20th Snyder Northbound Front & Market). I'm a disable
passenger who uses a wheelchair every morning Mon-Fri. He helps me on
the bus. My complaint is the illegal parking that prevents the bus from
pulling close to
the sidewalk. I'm hoping that SEPTA can help make the bus zone free of
illegal park cars.
Sincerely,
Rodney Whitmore

Kenneth Brown |
Dear SEPTA,
I wanted to commend this operator being courteous-kind and very
considerate of the passengers. He told me to put the cart I was
carrying onto that little opening in front of the bus. His
mannerism should be the way all operators carry themselves. I
wanted SEPTA to know that there are some good people working at SEPTA.
