Monthly Pass Refunds

Monthly Pass refunds are prorated and will be assessed a $1.00 handling fee. Mail refund requests to:

Refunds will be granted based on the following scale:

Postmarked prior to the 1st day of the month 100%
Postmarked from the 1st-10th days 50%
Postmarked from the 11th-20th days 25%
After the 20th day 0
