Testing and Environmental Services (TES) consultant Services (RFP No. 08-046-MXW)

The Testing and Environmental Services (TES) Consultant Services scope includes, but is not limited to, professional services for soil inspections and testing, storm water discharge permits (including required water sampling requirements), determination of source emissions of pollutants, asbestos inspections and testing, chemical testing (such as potability of water and identification of unknown stored substances), environmental surveys (including wetlands studies), general regulatory compliance assistance and assistance with tank removal and replacement programs, by performing tasks such as the installation and monitoring of ground water test wells, and various indoor quality studies.
