Financial Advisory Services (RFP No. 08-003-KAJ)

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for provision of Financial Advisory services for a five (5) year period commencing on or about June 1, 2008.  The Scope of Services includes advising and assisting the Authority in the development and implementation of strategic planning, long-term capital and financial planning, financing options for vehicle and facility acquisitions, and other financial analysis as may be required.
