The SEPTA ComPass program is available for companies wanting to provide transit benefits for their employees. The Federal Tax Code (132f) allows for employees to receive up to $110 per month as a tax-free employee benefit. You can help your employees get to work stress free and with more change in their pockets!

This program allows companies to purchase monthly passes at a discounted rate on behalf of their employees. SEPTA provides a 5% discount with the company matching the 5%, giving the employee a 10% discount.  The employee receives their monthly pass at the workplace, eliminating the need to stand in line at a sales location.

The SEPTA Corporate program provides a similar service, however SEPTA and the employer discounts are not required. Payment terms are extended to accommodate check-processing time.

Both programs allow employees to receive up to $110 per month as a tax-free transportation benefit. Employers will save about 7% in payroll taxes and employees can see savings close to 35% of their current transportation costs.
